No, you don't need to be home while we clean. In fact, it's often easier for us to clean if the house is empty. However, if you prefer to be present during the cleaning, you are certainly welcome to do so. We work around your schedule and preferences to ensure a comfortable and convenient cleaning experience.
Typically, we send one or two cleaners to your home for each cleaning session. In some instances, depending on the size of the job or specific requirements, we may send up to three cleaners. While we strive to provide consistency by sending the same cleaners to your home, there are occasions where this may not be possible due to scheduling or staff availability. Rest assured, all our cleaners are equally trained and committed to providing the highest standard of service.
We love pets! However, for their safety and the efficiency of our cleaning process, we request that pets, especially dogs that may be aggressive or disruptive, be kenneled or kept in a separate area. If you have cats, please let us know in advance to ensure they don't accidentally escape during our cleaning visit.
